Laura is a 20-year student of yoga and completed her 200 RYT at the CENTER Yoga + Wellness in December 2022. A true believer in living yoga off the mat, Laura hopes students leave her classes with a deeper connection to themselves—carrying the strength, mindfulness, and compassion cultivated on the mat into their everyday lives Laura's teaching is inspired by the belief that yoga is not something we do, but something we practice becoming — on and off the mat.
