As the practice unfolds, we'll explore a variety of breath work practices followed by a guided meditation to support relaxation on all levels - physiological, physical and mental.

Jessica completed her 200 hour YogaWorks teacher training at CENTER Yoga + Wellness in 2019. She finds joy and understanding in quieting the mind and coming back to the present moment through asana, meditation and breath.
Meghan trained with Laughing Lotus in NYC in 2015 and she spent two years in Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Meghan combines both her yoga and meditation training into her classes; teaching an inclusive, embodied flow.
