Join Petra in the healing practice of yoga nidra with healing sound bath played by Erin Gordon, and experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

We will begin our evening with gentle yoga to warm the body and calm the mind. Our practice will lead into yoga nidra, also referred to as deep relaxation with inner awareness. In this threshold state between sleep and wakefulness, contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions occurs spontaneously.

Sound bath is an acoustic journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind and activates your body's natural healing systems. Let the quartz crystal signing bowls tuned to the same frequency Nature vibrates at heal your mind, body and soul, and let yourself be transported into a state of pure relaxation.

Erin Gordon uses sound vibrations, visualizations, breath, movement and stillness to connect with the innate vibrancy and wholeness of our authentic self. She is here to share these practices with you in the form of Reiki, Sound Healing and Yoga. Erin completed her 200hr yoga teacher training through Anamaya in Costa Rica. She is a certified sound healer, forest bather, Thai yoga Massage Therapist and is a Reiki Master Teacher.

Petra found yoga after years of struggles with staying healthy, and grants regular yoga practice with finally being able to quiet her autoimmune system into long term remission. Her teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement and layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility. Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of Yoga. She also offers variety of modifications and props that are used to individualize the practice for each of her students. Petra is passionate about working with private clients, helping them to deepen their practice, heal from injuries and find their own practice that honors and celebrates their abilities.
