Advanced Asana: Crow - IN STUDIO + LIVESTREAM

There are many aspects to a well rounded yoga practice, but one of the most fun and rewarding can be building the strength and flexibility to achieve a pose that challenges you! In this workshop you will:

  • build the engagement you need to achieve crow pose with a dynamic and empowering flow

  • deepen your practice by working toward this challenging peak posture that shifts your perspective and increases core strength

  • leave feeling energized and confident

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Class is gently heated.

RYT 200, Emily has practiced yoga since she was a high school student. She thought it was an important time to strive to be the best version of herself. Emily helps her students find their truest selves through their yoga practices. She believes that body awareness is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Finding one’s potential and knowing one’s limits are important skills to learn on and off the yoga mat. Emily leads yoga classes with a focus on alignment, breathing, and mindfulness, and believes yoga is so much more than just the physical practice.
