Ease your way into the evening and unwind after a busy day. This speciality workshop series will begin with gentle yoga movements and then transition into a restorative yoga sequence.
In this series we will:
begin with gentle yoga movements learn and experience relaxing breathing technique
rest into therapeutic poses supported with various props
slow down the mind and release tension in body
end with 20minutes guided mediation, or you can simply rest in extended savasana
Lightly layered sound healing through out the practice will help you clear energetic blockages and facilitate healing on a physical and mental level.
Please bring a pen, yoga mat, large pillow or two, blankets, blocks, strap (or scarf/tie), and optional eye pillow (or cloth).

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community.
