Celebrate the rejuvenation of the earth with a workshop to rejuvenate your body and mind! With the body in resting positions, supported by cushions and blankets, restorative yoga gently allows joints to open and stretch while you relax. In this workshop we will:
end our long hibernation
greet the greening of the world with the healing modalities of yoga
include breath-workshop, meditation, and sound healing
No experience required, all are welcome.
Please bring a pen, yoga mat, large pillow or two, blankets, blocks, strap (or scarf/tie), and optional eye pillow (or cloth).

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
