Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop - IN-STUDIO + LIVESTREAM

Reflect on the season gone by and set intentions for the summer. This awakening workshop will incorporate both yin and yang postures to balance body and mind. The workshop will start with a Kripalu yoga flow layered with rejuvenating breath work. We will then transition to a grounding restorative practice and relaxing breath work. Concluding in a sound healing final relaxation pose with optional aromatherapy.

In this workshop you will experience:

  • Activating Kripalu Yoga Flow

  • Relaxing Restorative Yoga Dynamic Breath Work

  • Simple Intention Setting Handout

  • Awakening Mantra Meditation

  • Sound Healing Savasana with Optional Aromatherapy

Suitable for all levels.

Required Handout (will be emailed to virtual students and handed out to in-studio students)

Recommended Props: yoga mat, bolster (or large pillow), blanket, 2 blocks (or cushions), strap (or scarf/tie), and eye pillow (or cloth).

You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
