Tone your body and quiet your mind in this dynamic series. As an added benefit, you will improve the health and longevity of your bones and strengthen and increase the efficiency of your cardiovascular system.
In this series we will:
begin with a breathing technique to clear the mind and energize the body
move through slow yoga movements that will warm up and prepare the body
sculpt your body with 30 minutes of weights, abdominal exercises, vinyasa flow, and balance
end the class with 15 minute focus on relaxing yoga poses, savasana, and guided meditation
Please bring a yoga mat, hand weights (between 1 - 8 pounds), and a towel. If you sign up for the in-studio series there will be sanitized weights available for you to use.

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
