Yoga with Weights Series - September - IN STUDIO + LIVESTREAM

Tone your body in this dynamic workout that is designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights. This is a moderate yoga class that will focus on core strength and ends with a relaxing savasana. In this series, opened to all levels, you will experience the benefits of:

- Increased muscle strength and tone 

- Enhanced balance and mobility 

- Improve flexibility and bone density 

- Relax the nervous system in a savasana

Please bring a yoga mat, hand weights (between 1 - 8 pounds), and a towel. If you sign up for the in-studio series there will be sanitized weights available for you to use.

When: Tuesday, September 7, 14, 21 & 28 - 4:30-5:30pm

Non-Member Fee: $89 for the whole series, or $24 single class drop-in; (sign up for September + November and recieve $10 off each series)

Auto-pay Member Fee: $49

Workshop Cancelation Policy: Non-Refundable. Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least one week before a workshop. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
