Christine, 200hr RYT and mother of two, challenges her students to explore all possibilities on the mat, but also to know that sometimes just showing up for yourself is enough. Christine also specializes in kids yoga, empowering children to practice mindfulness in their daily lives through play on the mat. She believes that yoga is a nourishing path, one she is grateful to have the opportunity to share.
