Join Petra in the healing practice of Yoga Nidra with healing sound bath played by CENTER’s very own Krystina, and experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
We will begin our evening with gentle yoga to warm the body and calm the mind. Our practice will lead into Yoga Nidra, also referred to as deep relaxation with inner awareness.
While in supported Savasana, you will be mindfully guided into this threshold state between sleep and wakefulness, where you can make contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions spontaneously.
Sound bath is an acoustic journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind and activates your body's natural healing systems. Let the quartz crystal signing bowls tuned to the same frequency Nature vibrates at heal your mind, body and soul, and let yourself be transported into a state of pure relaxation.

Petra's teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility. Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of yoga.
Krystina received her 200 hr YTT at Kripalu School of Yoga in 2017. Forever a student, she is devoted to her personal practice, and dedicated to teaching from a place of love. Inspired by nature and the natural rhythms of life, she has a passion for empowering others to deepen their connection to themselves through breath, movement, and sound. Drawing inspiration from variety of teaching methods, she emphasizes precise instructions, detailed alignment, breath, and fluid movement.
