Join Haily for an interactive workshop and leave feeling invigorated and excited about your wellbeing.

 

In this workshop you will:

  •  be introduced to the basics of Ayurveda

  • discover cleansing foods for spring

  • create a daily routine and self care practice for yourself

  • explore what type of yoga and movement is most beneficial this time of year through an all levels yoga practice

She uses her artistic background to plan fun, fresh classes that will challenge, inspire, and help you to spark your own creative flame. Her teaching is meant to resonate as an experience beyond the edges of your mat and encourage you to find your own unique balance.
