Yoga straps are extremely useful tools when it comes to flexibility. They stretch tight hamstrings after a long run, assist you in finding a deep release in a challenging pose, and can help you gain key mobility in your shoulders. Join us for this important class in our 'Prop It Up!' workshop series .

This is our second of three-part series, and while we encourage to sign up for all three, you can also sign up for them individually.

Our gently used studio props will be available to purchase prior to the class at 20% discount.

Workshop Cancelation Policy: Non-Refundable. Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least one week before a workshop. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.

RYT 500, Petra found yoga after years of struggles with staying healthy, and grants regular yoga practice with finally being able to quiet her autoimmune system into long term remission. Her teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement. Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of Yoga. She also offers variety of modifications and props that are used to individualize the practice for each of her students.
