Gentle Inner Flow Series with Intro to Breathwork + Meditation - IN STUDIO + LIVESTREAM

Erin is back with this 4week series, that will take you through 40min of gentle flow class with emphasis on breathwork, followed by 20min meditation.Over the years, evidence-based research has shown that the science behind meditation can decrease stress hormones, increase cognitive awareness, and promote emotional health.

Week 1 - Kripalu BRFWA Meditation for Balance: can empower you to find your steadiness and center.

Week 2 - Mantra Meditation for Focus: can be helpful to reach certain goals or mindsets.

Week 3 - RAIN Meditation for Resiliency: can regulate your emotions.

Week 4 - Vipassana Meditation for Adaptation: can help the mind adapt to the inner and outer landscape with awareness and compassion.

Come as you are... prepare to de-stress, clear mental clutter, and connect to your highest self.

Fee: $79 for the whole series, or $24 single class drop-in; auto-pay members receive 10% off

Workshop Cancelation Policy: Non-Refundable. Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least one week before a workshop. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.

Erin Schuster is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher who delivers wellness workshops, corporate programs, and dynamic private sessions. Erin has been assisting and completing the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu since 2012 to continue to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
