Friday, January 24th, 6:00 - 8:00pm: Dream Big In Two Directions - Make Space in Your Hips
You have to look back from where you came in order to envision who you could become in this next decade. Gather with friends, old and new, to explore the idea that through your yoga practice, you can become someone you’ve not yet even imagined. Bathe in the breath, in hip opening asanas, and sequences designed with your longevity and creativity in mind.
Saturday, January 25th, 10:00am - 12:00pm: The Courage to Live an Examined Life - Open Your Heart
We are born into a world - however well-meaning - that tells us who we are supposed to be. We can go a whole lifetime living in fear of meeting these expectations. With yoga we find ourselves in a community practically begging us to be who we want to be but in some ways it’s so much easier to just do what the world tells us. This morning, through a series of gradual chest openers, backbends, and standing poses, find the courage to live in your own skin and to lead from your heart.
Saturday, January 25th 2:00 - 4:00pm: Listen! The Artistry of Yoga - Low Back and Hamstring Release
It’s noisy out there right now, and it can be tough to hear the roar of the voice that is telling you what you long to create, and who you are craving to become. Everyday stress and anxiety will keep you coasting in the familiar. Pause - and answer the call of your wildest imagination and turn this voice into artistry. That’s yoga. Expect hamstrings to finally open, lower backs to unlock, and prana to flow freely.
Sunday, January 26th 10:00am - 12:00pm: Dream a Better World - Inversions
When you look outside there are things you want for the world - and things you wish were different. Hold the freshness of this moment - the new beginning of the decade - and forge a life of meaning for you and those around you. The best part, you won’t be alone - you’ll have the community by your side. Expect to stand tall on your feet, fly free on your hands, go upside down, and then deeply restore.
