Relax into an afternoon of restorative yoga and sound bowl healing. This type of yoga can be a highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. Each reclined pose is supported with various props and is designed to encourage an effective release of strain and tension. Erin will lightly layer sound bowl healing into each pose. Sound bowl healing supports the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states.
