Join Traci to experience this powerful practice that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. We will begin our evening with gentle yoga to warm the body and calm the mind. Our practice will lead into yoga nidra, meaning "yogic sleep". Yoga nidra is often referred to as deep relaxation with inner awareness. In this threshold state between sleep and wakefulness, contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions occurs spontaneously. In this workshop you will:
effectively reduce physical tension, stress and anxiety
clear negative thoughts and beliefs
experience deeper levels of inner relaxation
There will be nothing required of you but to lie down and listen, giving yourself permission to rest, balance and restore. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
