Join Erin for a four-part series intended to introduce yoga to beginners. In these fun, instructional classes, you will learn the fundamentals of vinyasa, movement and breath. Erin will introduce simple alignment principles that will prepare you to address your own individual needs, helping you to cultivate a yoga practice rich in confidence, safety and authenticity. Let’s take the intimidation out of yoga, have fun and learn how to bring the best out of yourself with this supportive, balancing practice. In this series you will:
- create stable foundation in your yoga postures
- find out how to use props to support your practice
- learn pranayama (breathing techniques) to reduce stress and create energy
All levels are welcome. Prepare to learn something new and leave feeling excited about your yoga practice!

Erin is a 500HR Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Certified Life Coach and Reiki II. She first completed her 200 hour training at Kripalu School of Yoga and attended Creative Kids Yoga School where she completed a 50 hour training. She then completed a Tibetan Buddhist meditation training which was led by the respected founder, Lama Allione. Her mission is to empower any level student in a safe and nonjudgmental setting.
