Jump like a mindful monkey, grow tall like a majestic tree, shine brightly like a peaceful warrior and lots of family fun. All ages are invited to join their parents for evening designed to bring the family together in the spirit of yoga and creativity. Thinking your little one won't stay engaged for the whole class? Not to worry - we will have a supervised arts and crafts table set up for those who wander off their mat looking for new adventures. In this workshop you will:
• learn partner poses, ensuring great bonding time
• play yoga games, partner acrobatics and flying yoga
• build confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies
One registration covers the whole family, no yoga experience necessary. Come have fun together for an evening of yoga play!

RYT200, Emily has practiced yoga since she was a high school student but decided to pursue her teaching certification when she was pregnant with her son, Hank. Certified through Tiny Buddha Yoga in Ann Arbor, MI, Emily helps her students find their truest selves through their yoga practices. Emily studied dance at Connecticut College, and believes that body awareness is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Emily leads yoga classes with a focus on alignment, breathing, and mindfulness, and believes that yoga is so much more than just the physical practice.
