Join Erin for an evening of restorative yoga, draw the body into natural alignment and create gentle openings so that you can relax and let go. Lightly layered sound healing through out the practice will help you clear energetic blockages and facilitate healing on a physical and mental level.
In this workshop you will:
allow muscles to open and release without expending energy
reduce stress and clear blocked energy that can create a sluggish, run down feeling
strengthen the immune system by allowing the body to heal itself
No prior yoga experience necessary. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self-care!
When: Friday, April 1st, 6:00 - 7:30pm
Where: Clinton - 36 Nod Road
Fee: $35; auto-pay members receive 10% off
