Embrace the stillness of the season and honor the longest night of the year in this special candlelit Yin Yoga practice. As the Winter Solstice marks a turning point from darkness toward light, this class invites you to slow down, reflect and reconnect.
Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, you'll settle into longer-held yin postures designed to release tension, improve mobility, and create space for deep rest and renewal.
In this class you will:
Release physical and mental tension
Improve flexibility and mobility
Support joint and connective tissue health
Embrace renewal and cultivate inner reflection
Leave feeling grounded, restored and reconnected to yourself as you transition into the winter season with clarity and intention. Taught by candlelight in a gently heated room. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Jessica completed her 200 hour YogaWorks teacher training at CENTER Yoga + Wellness in 2019. Her passion for fitness and her profession as a Certified Exercise Physiologist led her to begin taking yoga classes in 2012 as an aid in recovery and to promote flexibility. She found joy and understanding in quieting the mind and coming back to the present moment through asana, meditation and breath. Her challenging flows focus first on alignment as a reminder of a strong anatomy and physiology background. Her passion lies in feel good flows that lead you towards your truest Self, invigorated and empowered.
