KULA FLOW: The Power of Us with Amy Ippoliti

  • CENTER Yoga + Wellness 36 Nod Rd. Clinton United States (map)

In Sanskrit, "kula" means community, chosen family, clan, lineage, or a group with shared values.

Yoga teaches us that we are never truly alone—we are part of something bigger. In a time when things are shaky, our true strength is in each other. This practice is about feeling held, seen, and uplifted through movement, breath, and the invisible threads that connect us all.

You can look forward to a mix of collective flow, grounding stillness, and deep rest—all designed to remind us of the power of community, both on and off the mat.

Come for the yoga, stay for the connection—because together, we are so much more.
