Fall Equinox: Root to Rise - 108 SUN SALUTATIONS COMMUNITY FLOW

  • CENTER Yoga + Wellness 36 Nod Rd. Clinton United States (map)

Join Erin B. for a grounding and illuminating evening in honor of the Fall Equinox—a sacred pause between light and dark, and a time to embrace balance, harvest intentions, and prepare for the inward turn of the season.

Together, we’ll flow through 108 Sun Salutations as a moving meditation—clearing away what no longer serves, celebrating the abundance of late summer, and aligning with the steady rhythm of change. The sequence will be divided into four rounds of 27 salutations, with time to pause, breathe, and reflect between each.

The evening begins with breathwork and intention setting, followed by supported rounds of Sun Salutations. We’ll close with restorative postures, journaling, and quiet reflection to anchor your energy and honor the shift into autumn.

Come for the candlelight, community, and the power of practice as we welcome the season of release and renewal—balanced, grounded, and attuned to your inner light.

Erin B, RYT500, has always loved practicing yoga, but it was really during the pandemic that she solidified this lifelong commitment to herself and her practice. Erin took her newly found time from being out of work as a sign to embark on her yoga journey. In times of uncertainty, yoga has always been there for her. Erin comes to yoga with a psychology background, enjoying the merger between mental, physical, and spiritual health that yoga brings about. She loves helping people see the healing benefits of a continued practice. When she is not on her mat, you will find Erin hiking with her family and her dog Theo.
