  • CENTER Yoga + Wellness 36 Nod Rd. Clinton United States (map)

Calling all yoga teachers!

This dynamic, intimate 3-day yoga teacher training will provide you with therapeutic knowledge and core competency  that will set you apart from the norm.

Are you feeling lost when it comes to handling injuries and giving the right modifications as a yoga teacher?

Are you scared of accidentally making things worse, so you hesitate to help students through certain poses?

Do you struggle in mixed level yoga classes to find a balance between meeting the needs of injured students while keeping the rest of the class engaged?

Do you find it challenging to communicate with injured students, understand their limits, and gain their trust as a yoga teacher? Need tips on effective guidance and modifications?

Are you feeling the squeeze of time constraints and the pressure to keep the class going while caring for an injured student?

Do you get emotional seeing students in pain – overflowing with empathy, but unsure how to provide the right support?

We totally get it! That's why we're here to help.

In this training you will:
