Yoga for Anxiety Workshop

Is anxiety impacting your enjoyment of life? Is your anxiety causing you pain or suffering? Discover techniques to soothe your anxiety within a supportive community, and take a step toward the relief that is available within you. This workshop is specifically designed to help people struggling to cope with chronic stress, fear, worry, panic or anxiety.

In this workshop you will:

- have the opportunity to experience and select from a variety of sample techniques for anxiety relief

- leave with a practice plan for home use, as well as metrics for tracking its efficacy through personal reflection and self-assessment

- learn to regulate your nervous system and invite more quietness to your mind through grounding practices you can do anywhere, anytime

This workshop will empower you to take control of your mental health through self-healing practices. Open to ages 16 and up; not appropriate for those with asthma.

You may cancel by phone or by email. If you cancel before the one week, you will receive an account credit towards any future purchase. Unused portions of workshop series are non-refundable.

Christine is a practicing Yoga Therapist working with a diverse roster of private clients and enjoys facilitating selfhealing from a variety of physical and mental health conditions. Christine is trained through Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy in the application of techniques from a wide variety of yoga traditions for the treatment of health conditions such as anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, complex trauma, cancer, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and heart disease.
