Are you tired of being on your feet or your feet tired of you neglecting them? Learn new methods and strategies to strengthen your feet and when is it time to give your feet some rest. Join Brian Tenenhaus, licensed physical therapist, for a fun evening and learn new functional movement patterns to help with your lower legs to reduce stress, strain and plantar fascial aches and pains. In this workshop you will:
- learn about debunking the myths about shoes, orthotics, and bunions
- determine when you need to see a doctor, when you can take matters into your own hands, or work with a physical therapist
- apply basic strategies to alleviate foot pain and continue to relieve your feet from pain with learned techniques
- integrate functional movement patterns into your yoga practice to support healthy feet

Brian Tenenhaus is a licensed Physical Therapist, Quinnipiac alum, with a specialty focused in Functional Manual Therapist. He has his CFMT from the Institute of Physical Art, out of Steamboat Springs, CO. He finds success by treating the root cause. Brian has worked with a very diverse population over the years including but not limited to patients with stroke, TMJD, cervicogenic headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and a vast array of orthopedic injuries.
