Haily Cryan, RYT 500, employs alignment and flow to create a space for students to explore their practice with mindfulness and compassion. She completed Kripalu’s 500hr Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and is thrilled to continue to deepen her own practice and knowledge in order to weave it into her teachings. Haily's classes use the breath to guide students into finding their own edge, so growth and expansion happens with each experience.
