108 Sun Salutations

Join Alistair to welcome in winter with 108 sun salutations. This powerful experience will invigorate your yoga practice, build strength and stretch your muscles. Along with being an incredible way to detox physically and mentally, completing 108 sun salutations is a memorable gesture to mark the end of one season and the arrival of the next. For life to change, often we need to test our boundaries and prove to ourselves that we can do more than we originally believed we were capable of. In this workshop you will:

  • learn the symbolic and important meaning of the number 108
  • feel more mentally focused, disciplined and resilient
  • explore your capacity to meet a challenge, know your worth and believe in yourself

Commit to your practice and join us for 108 sun salutations to feel strong and capable of anything. All proceeds from this donation based class will go to The Give Back Yoga Foundation. This non profit supports and funds certified yoga teachers of all traditions to bring yoga and mindfulness techniques to underserved and under-resourced segments of the community, including veterans and incarcerated women. Join us for a good cause! You are welcome to go at your own pace. This class is unheated.
