Jump start your practice and fine tune your alignment with an asana tune up with Jenna Silva. Each week will investigate a different aspect of your practice in the following order: Sun Salutations, Standing Asanas, Standing Balancing Asanas, Revolved Asanas, Hip Openers and Twists, Inversions and Arm Balances. The workshop will begin with pranayama (breath work) and end with savasana (deep relaxation). Throughout this series workshop you will:
Learn the foundations of each asana (pose)
Discover the tools needed in each asana for proper alignment increasing it’s benefits
Visit the appropriate variations in your asana practice suitable for your body’s needs
Learn to safely transition between asanas
Further fulfill your practice mentally, physically & spiritually

Mar 4: Revolved Asanas
Mar 11: Hip Openers and Twists
Mar 18: Inversions and Arm Balances
Fee: $130 for six week series, $25 drop in per class, other class packages are not applicable for series.
