Where do I sign up for class?
You can for sign up online for any class here. If you do register online, your spot is held up to 10 minutes prior to the start of class. If you reserved a spot and did not attend class, we delete your reservation and the class is credited to your account.
What if I am a new client?
Our new client special 30 day intro offer for $59, is a great way to experience to experience all of our different class styles and teachers so you can find the yoga that is right for you. With unlimited in-studio + livestream classes and access to our on-line library of 70+ videos, this is the best way to meet our teachers, learn about our different class offerings and experience what our studios have to offer.
What should I expect when I come?
Come to the studio 10 – 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the space and to get setup for your first class. If you didn’t purchase a class and fill out a waiver online, you will have time to do that as well.
Cubbies are available to store any items you will not take into the yoga room. Please keep any valuables in your car. We do not have private lockers.
Introduce yourself to the teacher! Our teachers want to support you and answer your questions.
Place your mat behind one of our marked spots in the room you feel comfortable.
You’ll notice that we do not ask students to stay quiet while in the yoga room because it’s the perfect opportunity to create connection. After placing your mat down and setting up your space, get to know your neighbors! Talk, laugh and share before class begins.
Give yourself time to learn the practice and the poses. Yoga is an intuitive practice, which means you are always welcome to adapt poses and/or take a short break in child’s pose. We ask that you listen to your body.
If you would like more support, we offer private yoga sessions.
Do you rent mats and props?
At this time we do not offer props or rent towels. If you have your own mat and props, you are welcome to bring them.
What should I bring to class?
You are invited to please bring your own mat if you have one. You may also bring any props of your own water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing.
Ensure you bring a water bottle filled with water and/or electrolytes. It is important to stay hydrated. We also have filtered water available to fill your bottle.
Can I bring my child to yoga?
Children of any age are not permitted to be unattended in the yoga studio. Children 13+ may attend class and must sign a waiver and must also talk to a teacher before class. If you are in question about brining your child to a class, please give us a call at 860-669-9642 and we can discuss the best solution.
