Maggie

Maggie is an RYT200 certified teacher who has been practicing yoga for over sixteen years. She fell in love with yoga as a way to quiet her mind and connect with her body. She is passionate about using yoga to wade through life’s many transitions, whether that be relationships, career, motherhood, or simply aging. She believes that the answers we often seek come in connecting with ourselves with intention, and she finds her yoga practice as the perfect vehicle to do so. 

Maggie’s teaching style is centered in connection. Her goal is to help students leave their practice feeling like the best version of themselves, one they like to be around. She also strives to make everyone feel a part of our larger, beautiful community. She threads visualization, breath work, and intention into every physical yoga practice. 

When Maggie isn’t practicing yoga, you can find her outside with her husband (Matt), daughter (Maeve), and dog (Otis) They’re usually exploring a new hike, playing golf, or dancing to live music. Maggie also works full time in cybersecurity software.
