Jessica

Jessica began her yoga practice in 2011 and brings over a decade of experience and passion to her teaching. With a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, she integrates a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and alignment with the mindful and spiritual elements of yoga. Jessica completed her 200-hour YogaWorks teacher training at CENTER, where she discovered the value of a strong and supportive studio community.

Her classes emphasize breath connection, fluid transitions, and intentional alignment- encouraging students to move with purpose. She believes that each practice is an opportunity to deepen awareness within the body and the mind, cultivating presence both on and off the mat.

Beyond the studio, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, seeking opportunities for wonder, mindfulness and unrestricted joy.
