E-RYT 500, founder of CENTER Yoga + Wellness (formerly pradipikaYOGA), Jennifer trained with Alan Finger in ISHTA yoga and trained with Baron Baptiste in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Jennifer teaches a breath-centered practice in an inspired vinyasa flow that is adaptable for various levels of practice. Her classes are fun and light, yet strong and challenging. She aims to inspire and enliven her students in energetic classes that work the physical body, and awaken and balance the emotional and spiritual bodies. Her extensive study of alignment and injury prevention provides a safe environment to encourage students to play their edge. Jennifer also earned a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian.
