Getting there…
We are happy to share with you that there are direct flights from New York - JFK to Costa Rica - Liberia (located 2hrs from the resort). The resort will arrange for airport pick up and drop off for additional charge of $45 each way added to your room charge account. Check in at the resort is after 2:00pm, check out before 11:00am.
Meals…
Bodhi's meals are served buffet style next to the pool. Choose from a delightful and healthy assortment of fresh, colorful, locally grown and prepared dishes with traditional flavors. All meals will be provided beginning with dinner on Saturday, 4/8/2023, and ending with breakfast on Saturday 4/15/2023. The kitchen can accommodate most dietary considerations. Please let us know about your needs and preferences prior to the retreat.
How far from the beach will we be….
Bodhi Tree is a 10-minute walk to the beach 15 minutes if you walk slowly or stop to say hola to a monkey. Free bike rentals are available for Bodhi Tree guests or hop on our Bodhi Bus (14 seater golf cart)!

Cancelation policy…
If you cancel on or before August 31, 2024:
You will forfeit your 1st installment payment
You will be responsible for an additional $100 Cancelation Fee.
If you made any payment other than the 1st installment payment before that date, however, the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you (i.e. after deduction of the above amounts).
If you cancel after August 31, 2024 (for any reason including, without limitation, physical or mental illness or injury, voluntary departure, and personal emergencies):
You will not be entitled to any refunded amounts, and
You will be responsible to pay an additional $100 Cancelation Fee, and
You will forfeit all payments paid before that date.
