INSPIRATIONS

My teacher Carrie Owerko, All of the amazing teachers I work and practice with at Yogaworks, People who do their best to work toward greater awareness and consciousness and who try to live with as much heart as possible

WHY I PRACTICE

It is part of my life both physically and philosophically. My continual study of asana and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali inform the way I live my life and how I relate to the world. I practice yoga because I have to.

WHY I TEACH

There is nothing better than to share everyday a practice that is so incredibly logical, innately intelligent and spiritual all in one. It’s the best work in the world and I wake up every day thankful that I do what I do for a living.
