Erin

Erin is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified through Yoga & Ayurveda Center in eastern Pennsylvania. She has always loved practicing yoga, but it was really during the pandemic that she solidified this lifelong commitment to herself and her practice. Erin comes to yoga with a psychology background, enjoying the merger between mental, physical, and spiritual health that yoga brings about. She loves helping people see the healing benefits of a continued practice.
