In the final workshop of the series, James offers his knowledge of hands-on assisting skills to students and teachers of all levels. Hands on assists are the most powerful connections we can make in a yoga room. In this three hour workshop, understanding the intention and application of supportive, directive, and deepening assists in many of the popular yoga postures is a great way to heal each other and grow the yoga community. This is a fun and fully interactive workshop, please be prepared for practice! All Levels of experience welcome. For teachers, provides three continuing education credits for Yoga Alliance.

E-RYT 500, James Conlan has been a student of yoga and meditation since 2008 and became a Baptiste yoga instructor in 2009. He accrued over 1200 hours of training with Baron Baptiste and regularly assists Baptiste Yoga events. James recently opened Yogatomics Training and Wellness, a specialized yoga training and retreat center in Mystic, CT.
