New to yoga? Working with an injury? Curious about alignment? Deepen your practice, gain confidence and receive individual guidance tailored to your personal needs. Private sessions are scheduled for a 1 hour duration, longer sessions available upon request. Group private yoga sessions available for up to 8 yogis.
