Experience the Art of Relaxation : Restorative Yoga

Start your weekend off right with restorative yoga!  Restorative yoga is the practice of intentional rest.  Have you ever wanted to do less and accomplish more?  This is your chance.  Join Haily for this deeply relaxing, gentle and quiet practice that will help relieve the stress and tensions of daily life.  You will be fully supported in yoga postures with the use of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps.  Haily will be just returning from her Relax And Renew training with Judith Lasater, world renowned author and yoga teacher, and will have lots of new and exciting ways to help you feel your best!  Come enjoy all the benefits that restorative yoga has to offer:   

  • allow muscles to open and release without expending energy
  • reduce anxiety
  • soften chronic pain

Appropriate for all levels, no prior experience with yoga is necessary.  You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed, calm and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self care!

Haily Cryan, RYT 500, employs alignment and flow to create a space for students to explore their practice with mindfulness and compassion.  She completed Kripalu’s 500hr Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and is thrilled tocontinue to deepen her own practice and knowledge in order to weaveit into her teachings.  Haily's classes use the breath to guide students into finding their own edge, so growth and expansion happen with each experience.
