The qualities present in nature this time of year can manifest in the body as well. These imbalances in the body can lead to stress, anxiety, fatigue and even illness. Join Haily for a workshop, designed to empower you to be your most healthy, creative self this winter, with nourishing practices and self love. In this workshop you will:
- Be led through a brief intro to Ayurveda : the sister science to yoga
- Delve into self care practices, dietary suggestions, daily routines and yoga techniques to balance the Vata energy ( air and ether)
- Conclude with a grounding yoga flow and meditation
The practice will take place in an unheated room and you will create warmth and stability in your body using movement. You will leave with tools to keep you feeling vibrant and grounded during winter, and all year long!

Haily Cryan, RYT 500, Relax & Renew restorative teacher, employs alignment and flow to create a space for students to explore their practice with mindfulness and compassion. Haily completed Kripalu’s Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training and is passionate about deepening her own practice and knowledge in order to weave it into her teachings. Haily's classes use the breath to guide students into finding their own edge, so growth and expansion happen with each experience.
