Sweat & Surrender

Have you ever felt the need to restore, and stay longer in savasana, after powerful physical practice of vinyasa flow? If so, join Anne for a 75 minute fun, challenging vinyasa practice, followed by 45 minutes of restorative postures, leading you to a completely blissed out savasana. Come feel the balance of strength, effort, comfort and joy, through both longer held restorative postures and a powerful vinyasa flow. In this workshop you will:

  • Deepen your yoga practice and explore movement from the perspective of a physical therapist

  • Discover how vinyasa yoga and restorative yoga benefit the body by transitioning from fluid movement to postures of deep relaxation

  • Reduce stress by learning to bring ease to your practice through guided breath and movement

You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed, calm and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self care!

When: Fri, May 26, 6:00 - 8:00pm
