Join Erin and Sue for an evening of restorative yoga and reiki to cultivate stillness by drawing the body into natural alignment and create gentle openings so that you can relax and let go. You will be guided through poses that are supported by blankets, blocks, and bolsters to allow you come into a deep state of relaxation while resting in the postures. In this workshop you will:
allow muscles to open and release without expending energy
soften chronic pain in the body
achieve states of deep relaxation and healing to reduce stress, anxiety and other ailments
No prior yoga experience necessary. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self care!

Others: When you register for the workshop and reserve your spot, it is held until 10 minutes before the workshop start, then it may be released to a client on our waiting list.
