Join Dana Oliviera to learn appropriate yoga postures, modifications and techniques for safely strengthening the body, mind and spirit during pregnancy! This workshop is open to women in every trimester of pregnancy. Enter a peaceful, serene, and nurturing environment designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, energize the body, soothe aches and pains, relieve stress and anxiety, overcome the common discomforts of pregnancy, and develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques. No prior yoga experience necessary.
RYT 200, Dana received her training through Innerlight Yoga Studio in Middletown, RI in Vinyasa Flow and completed a 15-hour prenatal yoga training with Jennifer Pettit at Virayoga in NYC. She then went on to complete her 85-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Beth Donnelly Caban through Integral Yoga in NYC. Dana is an RN and brings 14 years of maternity nursing experience to her classes. She is passionate about women's health and considers it an amazing privilege and honor to support women through their pregnancies and beyond.
